aceoh Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities on the Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the aceoh platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, playing any game, claiming any promotion, or contacting customer support — you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and aceoh ("aceoh", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the aceoh platform and close your account.

aceoh reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where amendments are material, aceoh will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the aceoh platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age — the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as applicable under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted at the time of play.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of aceoh or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are opening and operating your aceoh account in your own name, on your own behalf, and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from aceoh or had your account closed for any violation of these Terms.

aceoh reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time and to suspend access pending satisfactory completion of verification. Philippine government-issued identification — including the PhilSys National ID, passport, and driver's licence — is accepted for age verification purposes.

03 Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may hold only one (1) aceoh account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

aceoh is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming GCash or bank account matches your registered name)
• Source of funds documentation where required under anti-money laundering compliance protocols

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aceoh login credentials. aceoh will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify aceoh customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. aceoh accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aceoh currently supports the following payment methods for Philippine players:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other participating Philippine banks

All transactions on aceoh are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). aceoh does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your aceoh wallet within seconds of successful transfer. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three banking business days to reflect, depending on your bank's processing schedule. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the aceoh cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as outlined in Section 3.2. aceoh processes approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. aceoh reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its reasonable discretion.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

aceoh complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. aceoh reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to suspend accounts under investigation. Funds suspected of being derived from illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation and reported to the relevant authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

aceoh offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 or older who are in good standing with aceoh.
• Each promotion has a specific wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• aceoh reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to modify the terms of an active promotion with reasonable notice, or to disqualify a player from a promotion where the player is found to be abusing the promotional system.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined unless the specific promotion explicitly permits it.
• In the event of conflicting interpretations between a bonus promotional page and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the aceoh platform — including live casino tables, RNG slots, sports betting markets, sabong, bingo, Teen Patti, and Fisher Game — are subject to the individual game rules published within each game or game category section of the platform. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, aceoh reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's wallet.

6.1 RNG Certification

All random number generator-based games on aceoh operate on independently certified RNG engines. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by the player or by aceoh. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are displayed within the game information panel.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games on aceoh are facilitated by professional game studios with licensed croupiers. Results of live games are final once confirmed by the dealer and the game system. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be submitted to aceoh customer support within 72 hours of the session in question, referencing the specific game round ID.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on aceoh — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other markets — are settled in accordance with the specific sport and market rules published in the aceoh sportsbook section. aceoh reserves the right to void markets where an event is cancelled, where results are subject to an official inquiry, or where evidence of match manipulation exists.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aceoh platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to appropriate Philippine authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one aceoh account or registering on behalf of another person
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with aceoh games, cashier, or customer support
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated exploitation of game mechanics
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using aceoh for any money laundering purpose
• Accessing aceoh from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without appropriate licensing
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information provided to aceoh
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes — any such exploitation must be reported to aceoh support immediately upon discovery
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing aceoh customer support staff or other players on any community feature of the platform

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the aceoh platform — including but not limited to the aceoh brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, game assets, promotional graphics, text, software code, and structural layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of aceoh or its licensed content partners and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the aceoh platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any aceoh platform content without prior written authorisation from aceoh.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aceoh's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aceoh shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, or circumstances beyond aceoh's reasonable control (including force majeure events)
• Third-party payment processing delays outside aceoh's direct control, including GCash, PayMaya, or bank processing timelines
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Decisions made by the player in the course of gambling, including all financial losses resulting from gameplay

10 Responsible Gaming

Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income, a solution to financial problems, or a coping mechanism for personal difficulties. aceoh provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period

By registering on aceoh, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, customer support, and regulatory compliance.
• aceoh does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and encrypted storage at rest.

12 Amendments & Governing Law

12.1 Amendments

aceoh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the aceoh platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the aceoh platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to aceoh's right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with aceoh's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and aceoh with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
